Our goal is to be a ministry that is led by the Spirit of God, that teaches the whole truth of God, that lifts God above every circumstance and situation in our lives and that compels men and women to embrace Jesus Christ as their only Way, as the only Truth and as their only Life (eternal life).
Our Ministry Vision
To restore broken lives and hurting people, reach the nations with the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, value and embrace people, bring deliverance to those who struggle with life’s issues, birth a congregation of soul winners, strengthen, encourage, and comfort God’s people and admonish them to live holy lives.
Church History
One Love Restoration Ministries officially opened on June 3, 2007, at Rena B. Wright Elementary School in Chesapeake, Virginia. In December 2008 we moved from Rena B. Wright to New Discipleship Worship Cathedral on Park Avenue. Then in 2010, we moved to the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake until COVID hit in 2019. We closed the door of that location and continued to have services on Facebook and in Chesapeake City Park.
Little did we know that God would use this situation to open a door for us to purchase our current building. In September 2021, at 2604 Ash St. in Portsmouth, Va.

Prophetess Annetta R. White
Pastor Malcolm White Sr. is the founder and Senior Pastor of One Love Restoration Ministries. Where he serves alongside his wife Prophetess Annetta White. Pastor White is passionate about the Word of God and fostering bonds of unity within the body of Christ.
Prophetess Annetta White is the Co-founder of One Love Restoration Ministries. Prophetess Annetta is a passionate preacher of the Word of God. She also has a servant’s heart and enjoys serving those that the Lord has placed in her care.
